The Legend of Hell House

Snipped from the Macon Telegraph (GA) in 1973. I loved this artwork, and being a fan of Roddy McDowell from the Apes movies, I circled his name in it. I was stupid sometimes. I also cut away the movie theater details. How short-sighted I was at 14!

  1. I was with it until the last ten minutes, when I thought the whole movie fell completely apart. But Roddy McDowell is entertaining in almost anything.

Its a shame those great old posters and print ad artwork aren't used more often for DVD covers, as they're almost always superior. I'm sure I've seen some movies in which the poster was better than the movie ;)
